Summary
Advise on employee relations, performance, and grievances by interpreting policies and delivering consistent guidance.
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to manage complex employee relations, performance, and grievance matters. This role requires expertise in policy interpretation and the ability to provide clear guidance.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and interpret regulations pertaining to grievances, appeals, and reasonable accommodation requests.
- Advise on performance management, disciplinary/adverse actions, and employee relations programs.
- Prepare guidance and deliver training to ensure consistent policy communication and implementation.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-12 level in federal service or comparable experience in the private/public sector.
- Experience must include all three key responsibilities listed above.
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
