## Human Resources Specialist (Employee & Labor Relations)
Join our team as an HR Specialist focusing on employee and labor relations. This role involves providing critical guidance to management on a range of federal civilian HR matters.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Advise management on federal civilian disciplinary and adverse actions.
- Guide management through federal civilian grievance procedures.
- Interpret and apply negotiated labor agreements.
- Consult on federal civilian performance issues and plans.
- *Specialized Experience:**
One year of relevant specialized experience in federal employee/labor relations, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and performance management. Experience level requirements vary by GS grade:
- **GS-09:** Equivalent to GS-07 level experience.
- **GS-11:** Equivalent to GS-09 level experience.
- **GS-12:** Equivalent to GS-11 level experience.
- *Education Substitution (for GS-09 & GS-11 only):**
- **GS-09:** Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education.
- **GS-11:** Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education.
- *Note: No education substitution is available for the GS-12 level.*
- *Combination:**
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited. Transcripts are required if using education to meet qualifications.*
