Job Description
Dynamic HR Specialist opportunity, driving human resources development, talent management, and operational effectiveness.
We are seeking Human Resources Specialists across two experience levels to enhance our organizational capabilities.
**Entry-to-Mid Level (NO-03/GS-5/8 Equivalent):**
* Minimum one year of specialized HR experience.
* Analyze data to resolve complex HR problems.
* Support the implementation of new HR management processes.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with all staff levels.
* Provide clear HR guidance through effective communication.
**Senior Level (NO-04/GS-11/12 Equivalent):**
* Minimum one year of specialized experience in Human Resources Development (HRD).
* Advise management on HRD initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Research and analyze training regulations for program planning and evaluation.
* Plan, evaluate, and develop training courses and materials.
* Foster relationships to coordinate and improve HRD processes.
* Prepare and deliver executive briefings on HRD strategies.
**Note on Experience:** Both paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience that builds critical competencies is considered.
