Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking Human Resources Specialists across two experience levels to enhance our organizational capabilities.

• *Entry-to-Mid Level (NO-03/GS-5/8 Equivalent):**
• Minimum one year of specialized HR experience.
• Analyze data to resolve complex HR problems.
• Support the implementation of new HR management processes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with all staff levels.
• Provide clear HR guidance through effective communication.
• *Senior Level (NO-04/GS-11/12 Equivalent):**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience in Human Resources Development (HRD).
• Advise management on HRD initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Research and analyze training regulations for program planning and evaluation.
• Plan, evaluate, and develop training courses and materials.
• Foster relationships to coordinate and improve HRD processes.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings on HRD strategies.
• *Note on Experience:** Both paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience that builds critical competencies is considered.
