Summary
Dynamic HR Specialist opportunity, driving human resources development, talent management, and operational effectiveness.
We are seeking Human Resources Specialists across two experience levels to enhance our organizational capabilities.
- *Entry-to-Mid Level (NO-03/GS-5/8 Equivalent):**
- Minimum one year of specialized HR experience.
- Analyze data to resolve complex HR problems.
- Support the implementation of new HR management processes.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all staff levels.
- Provide clear HR guidance through effective communication.
- *Senior Level (NO-04/GS-11/12 Equivalent):**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience in Human Resources Development (HRD).
- Advise management on HRD initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Research and analyze training regulations for program planning and evaluation.
- Plan, evaluate, and develop training courses and materials.
- Foster relationships to coordinate and improve HRD processes.
- Prepare and deliver executive briefings on HRD strategies.
- *Note on Experience:** Both paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience that builds critical competencies is considered.
