Summary
Seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead policy, program development, and regulatory analysis for enterprise HR initiatives.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to provide expert guidance and leadership on critical HR programs. This role involves independent research, policy development, and strategic program implementation with enterprise-wide impact.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert advisory services on complex HR programs including Workplace Flexibilities, Leave Administration, Drug-Free Workplace, and Debt Waiver Management.
- Conduct independent research and analysis to draft policy options and high-level communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR program plans and recommendations, collaborating with diverse teams.
- Serve as a technical authority on HR initiatives, participating in their design, piloting, and evaluation across the organization.
- Analyze existing and proposed HR-related legislation, regulations, and agency guidance, preparing authoritative summaries and recommendations for senior HR officials.
- Represent HR on interdisciplinary teams, contributing subject matter expertise to enhance overall HR program effectiveness.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal level, demonstrating proficiency in:
- Education cannot be substituted for experience at this senior level.
