Drive strategic HR programs, talent management, and workforce planning, advising senior leadership on key initiatives.
Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist, driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting workforce excellence. We seek an experienced professional adept at developing and implementing HR programs, analyzing data, and advising leadership.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic HR programs for workforce planning and talent management.
- Formulate and refine HR policies and planning methods for organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Lead HR studies, applying project and change management to resolve program challenges.
- Advise senior leadership on HR program deployment and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage diverse HR initiatives, including surveys, training, workforce forecasting, staffing, talent development, and restructuring.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized HR experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent in federal, military, or private sector.
- Proven ability to analyze, revise, and evaluate HR policies and procedures.
- Experience advising on complex HR problems and program challenges.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR program development and implementation.
- Familiarity with project and change management tools.
- Relevant paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience is considered.
