Job Description
Summary
Audit and manage federal human resources programs, responding to high-level inquiries and ensuring compliance within a federal agency.
This role requires a dedicated Human Resources professional to oversee and audit federal human capital programs, ensuring compliance and responding to high-level inquiries. Applicants must meet specific federal employment authority categories.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to complex inquiries from Congressional offices and senior leadership regarding Federal HR and human capital programs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and audits of Federal HR programs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- (Preferred) Perform audits of Delegated Examining case files.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Specialized Experience:** A minimum of one year of experience, including:
- **Education Substitution:** Education cannot be substituted for the required experience.
- **Time-in-Grade (for current Federal Employees):** Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the GS-13 level or equivalent.
