Seeking a Federal HR Specialist to advise, develop, and lead critical human capital initiatives and programs.
## Human Resources Specialist (Federal Government)
Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist, providing critical HR guidance and leadership within the federal service. We are seeking professionals to advise management, develop key policies, and lead strategic HR initiatives across various human capital functions.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation and advisory services to management on federal HR laws, regulations, and policies, covering staffing, recruitment, pay, and classification issues.
- Develop and implement human resources plans and solutions to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development needs.
- Collaborate with executive-level management on hiring actions, reporting, and tracking requirements.
- Lead complex HR projects and working groups to resolve organizational human resources challenges.
- Develop and advance HR compliance policies and programs.
- *For GS-13 Level:**
- Minimum one year of specialized human resources experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in federal service.
- Experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least two of the following:
- *For GS-14 Level:**
- Minimum one year of specialized human resources experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service.
- Experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least two of the following:
### General Requirements:
- Both paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience will be considered.
- Resume limit: No more than two pages.
- Current Federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements by the closing date.
- All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
