### The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts. You will develop and execute integrated strategies to attract new patients, foster existing relationships, and enhance brand visibility for our leading chiropractic and rehabilitation practice in the DC area.

### Key Responsibilities

  • **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital, B2B (physician/attorney), internal, and retargeting channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • **Referral & Patient Engagement:** Cultivate relationships with key referral sources and internal stakeholders to drive patient referrals. Develop strategies to maximize referrals from existing patients and grow cash-based wellness programs.
  • **Digital Marketing Leadership:** Oversee and implement digital marketing initiatives including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition.
  • **Brand Awareness:** Create and execute strategies to enhance brand recognition, define unique value propositions, and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • **Content Creation:** Develop engaging content for diverse marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • **Analytics & Optimization:** Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
### Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field) + 5 years of proven marketing experience, demonstrating tangible results.
  • Proven success in new customer/patient acquisition within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Expertise in managing multi-channel marketing efforts (digital, physician, attorney, internal, retargeting).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with referral sources and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on proficiency in digital marketing tactics (social media, SEO, email marketing, online advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, measure performance, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience with market research, brand differentiation, and successful strategy execution across multiple avenues.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and B2B account management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, coupled with top-notch organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to measure, report on, and exceed goals.
