Summary
Lead quality improvement, data analysis, and strategic initiatives for a healthcare Clinical Contact Center, driving operational excellence and compliance.
Join our team as a Clinical Contact Center (CCC) Quality & Informatics Specialist, driving performance improvement and strategic initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently conduct comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Clinical Contact Center, ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements (e.g., The Joint Commission, Office of Inspector General).
- Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams in applying quality management principles and performance improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and Systems Redesign.
- Develop, implement, and lead process improvement projects, including creating detailed plans and facilitating training on improvement tools and techniques.
- Provide expert consultation and advice to executive and program leadership, leveraging advanced data analytics to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Maintain proficiency in various data systems to monitor clinical performance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness, preparing data-driven reports using platforms like Cisco Unified Intelligence Center, Power BI, and V-Signals.
- Collaborate with informatics and executive leadership on policy development, program priorities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, clinical management, or analytical roles within the health care field.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and strong systems thinking capabilities for process improvement.
- Extensive experience in independent data collection, display, and analysis.
- Proficiency in performance improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Systems Redesign.
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, regulatory/credentialing standards, and administrative functions (e.g., budget, personnel, procurement).
- Strong competencies in Organizational Performance Analysis, Planning and Evaluating, Problem Solving, and Strategic Thinking.
- *Preferred Experience:**
- Informatics experience.
