Health Readiness Capability Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to provide strategic oversight and expert analysis for health readiness and service support within a military health structure. This role involves advising senior management, developing critical capabilities, and supervising a team.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert analysis and strategic recommendations for Health Readiness/Health Service Support to O5 level and above forums.
• Oversee the identification of medical requirements and technology, advising senior-level management within military health.
• Brief staff, senior military health system officials, Command, and Joint staff on critical matters.
• Develop Joint medical capability requirements for force health protection against CBRN and emerging threats.
• Supervise, counsel, and support the career development and training needs of subordinate team members.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
