Seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to provide strategic insights and manage key programs. This role involves in-depth analysis, data reporting, and advising senior leadership on critical management and administrative initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct in-depth studies and analysis across various functional areas.
• Perform data analysis and integrate reporting for informed decision-making.
• Advise senior leaders on complex management and administrative issues.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Apply program management techniques to oversee and execute initiatives.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 or equivalent level.
• Experience must include:

* Conducting in-depth studies on critical functional areas. * Data analysis and integration of reporting. * Advising senior leaders on management and administrative issues. * Strong oral and written communication with diverse stakeholders. * Proficiency in program management and techniques.

• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, is considered.
