Graphic Designer and Writer

MTFA Architecture is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Writer to enhance our brand presence. This role combines visual design with exceptional writing to create compelling content for proposals, marketing, and firm communications. **About MTFA Architecture:** MTFA Architecture is an award-winning, full-service design firm based in Arlington, VA, and Washington, D.C. We focus on innovative design solutions for the built environment across education, commercial, government, and historic preservation sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute visual ideas and graphic design projects. * Develop, edit, and proofread short and long-form copy. * Support marketing and office teams in showcasing the design portfolio. * Ensure adherence to strong design principles and brand standards. **Qualifications:** * Undergraduate or graduate degree in Graphic Design. * Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting experience with exceptional writing skills. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong understanding of design principles and a creative mindset. * Proven graphic design skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Collaborative team player. * US Citizen or Permanent US Resident. **Job Details:** * **Job Type:** Full-time (Part-time options may be considered) * **Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year * **Schedule:** Monday - Friday * **Location:** In-person * **Benefits:** 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off. **Application Instructions:** Submit a letter of interest, resume, and work sample to mtfa@mtfa.net.
