• **Legislative Process Mastery:** In-depth knowledge of legislative processes and procedures, ideally from Capitol Hill or similar legislative engagement roles.
• **Stakeholder Relationship Building:** Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Members of Congress, staff, federal agencies, local government, and key partners.
• **Policy & Budgetary Acumen:** Strong understanding and application of laws, policies, and regulations pertaining to legislative and budgetary processes.
