Job Description
Summary
Lead clinical quality assurance and provide expert counseling and program management, focusing on support for military families.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical professional to oversee and enhance quality assurance for vital family support and counseling programs. This role involves applying advanced clinical expertise and program management skills to support diverse populations, particularly military families.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and manage clinical quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to federal and agency regulations.
- Provide expert clinical consultation and intervention for complex cases, including family violence, child abuse, and suicide risk management.
- Apply advanced knowledge of clinical psychology or social work theories and practices to identify problems and recommend appropriate intervention models.
- Design and execute child and domestic abuse prevention strategies and parenting programs.
- Analyze program data, identify trends, and evaluate effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Prepare detailed reports, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations, trainings, and briefings to diverse groups and installations.
- Collaborate with military and family support programs, applying knowledge of relevant DoD and DON directives.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
- **Licensure:** Current, independent clinical licensure/certification by a state or U.S. territory in Licensed Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology.
- **Experience:**
- *Essential Skills & Knowledge:**
- Extensive knowledge of current clinical techniques, theories, and practices in psychology or social work.
- Proficiency in identifying and addressing family dysfunction, violence, abuse, and suicide risk.
- Strong understanding of federal, agency, DoD, and DON regulations, policies, and programs related to counseling and family advocacy, especially within a military context.
- Proven ability to apply analytical and evaluative methods for program improvement and problem resolution.
- Expertise in data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting for program evaluation.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse groups and delivering impactful presentations.
