Seeking experienced General Engineers or Architects for federal service, specializing in building project management and technical oversight.

- *General Requirements:**
- Must meet United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements, including specialized experience and/or education.
- Eligibility and qualifications must be met by the closing date of the job announcement.
- *Specialized Experience for GS-14 (equivalent to GS-13 in Federal service – 52 weeks required):**
- *For General Engineer:**
- Provide expert advice on building system planning, design, modernization, operation, and repair.
- Exercise project controls (e.g., scheduling, resources, trades) for project execution.
- Serve as a Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) or equivalent on construction and consultant contracts.
- Develop and execute actions to meet strategic and planning goals.
- *For Architect:**
- Perform architectural design, technical reviews, quality control, and project management from planning through construction.
- Assess compliance with construction standards; prepare full construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents.
- Apply technical knowledge of architectural, historic preservation, and engineering concepts, methods, and procedures.
- Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or equivalent.
