Job Description

Professional Engineer sought to manage facilities projects, ensuring quality and resolving issues, with NH-03/GS-13 level experience.
We are seeking a highly experienced Professional Engineer to manage complex facilities projects, overseeing all aspects from budget to execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead budgetary and technical management for diverse facilities projects. * Plan and execute facilities projects, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines. * Oversee facility planning, designs, and construction document quality assurance. * Identify and resolve design/construction deficiencies and contract deviations. **Qualifications:** * Minimum of one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) federal grade level. * Demonstrated expertise in the following areas: * Budgetary and technical management of facilities projects. * Planning and executing facilities projects. * Managing facility planning/designs and construction document quality assurance. * Identifying and resolving design/construction deficiencies and contract deviations. * Relevant experience includes both paid and unpaid (volunteer) work.
