General Engineer

We are seeking a Professional Engineer to research and analyze system requirements, ensuring the safety and suitability of weapon or ordnance systems.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Research and analyze system requirements.
• Identify properties for safety and suitability in weapon/ordnance systems.
• *Required Experience:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level in Federal service, or comparable experience in the private or public sector.
• Experience must demonstrate expertise as a professional engineer in areas such as: propellants, pyrotechnics, explosives, formulations, testing, ordnance, insensitive munitions, assessment, qualification, or scale-up.
• *Note:** Both paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, are considered and can fulfill qualification requirements.
