## Technology Commercialization Program Specialist/Manager
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive technology commercialization and lab-to-market initiatives. This role involves developing and managing innovative funding programs and strategic partnerships to transition cutting-edge research into practical applications.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Program Design & Execution:** Design, implement, and execute technology commercialization and lab-to-market funding programs for startups, small businesses, incubators, and researchers.
- **Partnership Development:** Support or lead the development and management of innovative partnership mechanisms (e.g., partnership intermediary agreements, prize authority, other transactions).
- **Leadership Briefings:** Prepare and deliver (GS-13: support development of; GS-14: brief directly) program proposals, impact analyses, and outcome reports to senior leadership.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work on or lead initiatives involving multiple program office collaborations for jointly funded programs, shared missions, or cross-cutting initiatives.
