Summary
Seeking an experienced analyst to perform lifecycle cost and schedule analysis for aircraft systems, develop estimates, and present data.
We are seeking a highly skilled analyst with at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12/13 level. This role demands expertise in:
- Performing comprehensive lifecycle analyses for aircraft systems (development, production, sustainment) using advanced engineering and manufacturing techniques.
- Analyzing contractor-reported cost and schedule data to inform project management decisions.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates to support budgeting, program reviews, and strategic management.
- Developing analytical and cost estimating models through mathematical and operations research techniques.
- Identifying and coordinating corrections for Earned Value Management (EVM) system compliance issues.
- Developing and delivering clear oral presentations to management on cost/schedule performance and mitigation strategies.
