## General Attorney (Tax) - Senior Technical Reviewer (GS-15)

We are seeking a highly qualified General Attorney at the GS-15 level to serve as a Senior Technical Reviewer specializing in complex tax law matters.

### Qualifications:

• *Education:**
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the bar of a U.S. State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
• *Experience (Post-Bar Admission):**
• **Minimum of 4 years of professional legal experience, including:**

* At least 3 years of specialized professional legal tax experience involving: * International aspects of banking, insurance, financial products. * Foreign currency transactions. * Base erosion and anti-abuse tax. * Income of foreign governments. * One year of this tax experience must be equivalent to the GS-14 federal service level.

• An LL.M. degree in a relevant field (Tax, GLS-related, or P&A-FOIA/Disclosure) may substitute for one year of general legal experience.
• *Federal Service Requirement (if applicable):**
• Applicants currently in the Federal service must have completed 52 weeks at the GS-14 level or equivalent.
