We are seeking a highly qualified **General Attorney (Tax) - Senior Technical Reviewer**. This role requires extensive expertise in tax law, particularly concerning international financial matters.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
- **Bar Membership:** Active member in good standing of the bar of a U.S. State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
- **Experience (GS-15 Equivalent):** A minimum of 4 years of professional legal experience, including:
- *Experience Notes:**
- Only professional legal experience gained *after* bar admission is credited.
- An LL.M. degree in Tax (or a related field such as GLS or FOIA/Disclosure) may substitute for the 1 year of general professional legal experience.
- Both paid and qualifying unpaid/volunteer experience are considered. Part-time work is prorated to determine full-time equivalency.
