Summary
Senior General Attorney (Tax) (GS-15) specializing in federal procedural tax law and related litigation, requiring significant post-bar experience.
Join our team as a Senior General Attorney (Tax) (GS-15) to manage complex tax law matters.
- *Key Requirements:**
- **Education:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an ABA-accredited institution.
- **Bar Membership:** Active member in good standing of a State, U.S. Commonwealth, U.S. Territory, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico bar.
- **Experience (Post-Bar Admission):**
- **Tax Law Expertise:** Comprehensive knowledge of procedural tax law and its intersection with other legal concepts. Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
- **Education Substitution:** An LL.M. degree in Taxation/Tax Law or a FOIA/Disclosure related field may substitute for one year of general legal experience.
