## General Attorney (Tax)
We are seeking dedicated General Attorneys specializing in federal tax law. This role involves providing essential legal research and guidance on complex federal tax controversies, litigation, and consulting matters.
### Key Requirements:
- **Education:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
- **Bar Membership:** Active member in good standing of the bar of a U.S. State, Commonwealth, U.S. Territory, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
- **Experience:** All professional legal experience must be gained *after* bar admission.
- **Education Substitution:** An LL.M. degree in tax or a closely related field may substitute for the one year of general professional legal experience.
- **Note:** Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid/volunteer work.
