Summary

Seeking an experienced attorney to apply federal securities law, provide complex legal analysis, and conduct litigation.

We are seeking a highly qualified attorney to provide expert legal counsel and litigation support concerning federal securities laws.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Apply federal securities laws, federal administrative law, and rules governing practice in federal courts.
  • Provide written and oral legal advice and analysis on complex legal issues related to federal securities laws and regulations.
  • Conduct litigation by drafting briefs and presenting oral arguments.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership of the bar in good standing in any U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-13 level, demonstrating expertise in:
* Applying federal securities laws, federal administrative law, and federal court rules. * Delivering comprehensive legal advice and analysis on federal securities law issues. * Handling litigation, including drafting briefs and presenting oral arguments.
