## Front End Supervisor
Join our team to lead and manage front-end operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient cash handling, and effective team supervision in a dynamic retail setting.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Service Excellence:** Champion company customer service programs, resolve customer complaints positively, and promote personalized service.
- **Front End Operations:** Direct and supervise all front-end activities, including monitoring customer traffic, maintaining cleanliness, and managing supply inventory.
- **Financial Accountability:** Manage cash flow, safe transactions, register tills, approve checks and refunds, and handle scan system emergencies or errors.
- **Team Leadership & Development:** Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-end and courtesy clerks. Supervise staff, making recommendations for employment status changes and discipline.
- **Budget & Compliance:** Achieve budget goals for labor, cash variation, check expense, and supplies. Ensure cost control, quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and dress codes.
- **Leadership & Communication:** Strong communication, leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Ability to operate and troubleshoot PCs and check-stand equipment (e.g., printers, scales, scanners, cash registers).
- **Operational Acumen:** Knowledge of interviewing techniques, basic employment law, computer software, planning, scheduling, and front-end policies/procedures.
- **Physical Demands:** Capability to frequently lift and maneuver objects up to 55 lbs, and to stand or walk for long periods.
- **Problem-Solving & Decision Making:** Analytical ability to handle administrative details, gather facts for disciplinary recommendations, and make hiring decisions.
- **Customer Focus:** A positive image and commitment to outstanding public interaction.
