Summary

Seeking a senior leader to enhance government efficiency, lead policy teams, and represent the U.S. in national security and foreign affairs.

This position seeks a highly accomplished leader committed to enhancing Federal government efficiency and upholding American foundational principles. The role requires an extensive background in national security and foreign affairs.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Enable and support senior officials in internal decision-making, interagency/international deliberations, and Congressional testimony.
  • Represent the U.S. Government, leading negotiations with diverse counterparts.
  • Lead and manage teams throughout the policy creation, implementation, and evaluation stages.
  • Focus areas include defense policy, planning, force posture, resourcing, foreign affairs, and national security.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
Applicants must demonstrate experience addressing the following through specific examples in their resume (maximum 2 pages).

  • *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
  • **Senior Official Support & Representation:** Proven ability to enable senior officials' activities and successes, including leading negotiations and representing the U.S. Government.
  • **Policy Leadership:** Demonstrated experience leading teams through all stages of policy creation, implementation, and evaluation in defense, national security, or foreign affairs.
  • *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**
  • **ECQ 1: Commitment to Rule of Law & American Founding:** Deep understanding of the U.S. government, dedication to the Constitution, and commitment to public service.
