Job Description

Summary

Lead foreign affairs programs, emergency operations, and projects, applying specialized experience in international relations and program management.

This role seeks candidates with at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the EN-03 or NQ-03 Federal Service level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply foreign affairs practices, policies, and procedures, including building relationships with international governments and counterparts.
  • Lead and develop emergency operation procedures.
  • Manage programs and projects, overseeing their development and execution within an assigned portfolio.
