• *About the Role:**

Join Marriott as a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to develop our state-of-the-art React-based micro-frontend architecture. You will build the next-generation hospitality web portal, utilizing new GenAI tools to create components and workflows for our global customer base. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance web applications across all devices.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain TypeScript libraries and platform tools for React / Next.JS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring UI/UX feasibility.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high code quality.
• Stay updated with front-end technologies and mentor junior developers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• 7+ years in software design and development, with expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Next.js, and React.js.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Exposure to agentic GenAI development tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with application development tools and CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale web applications using micro-frontend architecture.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques and webpack configurations.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, and Junit with Mockito.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Direct experience with agentic GenAI development tools.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, Headless CMS platforms, and DevOps tools (Git, JIRA, Jenkins).
• Demonstrated UI implementation skills and experience with Atomic Design principles.
• Experience integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with React components.
