Join our team as a Financial Systems Analyst to drive process optimization and system improvements across financial operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze financial end-to-end processes, including manual and systemic workflows and associated internal controls.
• Collaborate with financial and other functional areas to deliver cross-functional solutions and process improvements.
• Ensure effective implementation and application of functional decisions and policies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop proposals for new or revised structures to enhance performance effectiveness.
• *Requirements:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to a senior analyst level in financial systems analysis and process improvement.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Experience collaborating across departments to implement solutions.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and policy application.
• Creditable experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work.
