Job Description

Summary

Senior Financial Policy Analyst develops and implements financial policies, systems, and advises management on accounting standards.

Join our team as a seasoned financial expert. We seek candidates with at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level in federal service, or equivalent in the private/public sector.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop organizational accounting and financial policies.
  • Design agency-wide systems and procedures for implementing laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Advise management on improving program workflow practices.
  • Analyze and interpret accounting standards from GAO and OMB.
  • Provide expert guidance to finance and budget teams.
All qualifications must be met by the closing date. Qualifying volunteer experience is credited.
