Summary

Lead complex financial and resource management, overseeing budget formulation, execution, and IT programs for a federal agency.

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial and Resource Management Specialist to provide critical financial oversight and strategic budget management. This senior role involves leading complex financial operations and supporting diverse programs, including significant IT initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Provide dedicated financial and resource management support to assigned organizations/customers.
Coordinate all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for program budgets.
Deliver comprehensive financial oversight and management for multiple programs and projects, including Information Technology (IT) programs.
Lead appropriated and Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) budget formulation and execution.

*Required Qualifications:**
Minimum one year of specialized experience at a senior financial management level (equivalent to GS-14 federal service or comparable).
Demonstrated expertise in providing dedicated financial and resource management support.
Strong background in coordinating budget processes (e.g., PPBE).
Proven experience with financial oversight of multiple programs/projects, including IT.
Proficiency in appropriated and RDT&E budget formulation and execution.
Must possess competencies in Budget Administration, Financial Management, Financial Management Analysis, and Leadership.
