Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor budget execution, including obligations and expenditures.
- Identify and address potential compliance issues related to federal financial regulations.
- Reconcile financial data and prepare detailed reports on budget status.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of spend plans.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to support program objectives and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- One year of specialized experience demonstrating a foundational understanding and application of federal financial management principles.
- Proven experience in budget execution, including tracking, monitoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Working knowledge of key federal financial regulations, such as OMB Circulars and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Ability to perform basic financial analysis and adapt to specific program requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
