Job Description

Lead financial management, policy development, and performance monitoring to ensure fiscal integrity and program effectiveness.
Seeking experienced professionals for a federal financial management role focusing on policy development, financial analysis, and performance oversight. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and interpret sound financial management, accounting, and internal control policies. * Recommend and implement program adjustments to achieve financial goals. * Effectively communicate complex accounting, budgeting, and fiscal management information to various personnel. * Establish, maintain, and monitor performance measures and process requirements for business areas. **Qualifications:** * **GS-13 Level:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the federal sector. * **GS-14 Level:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal sector. * **Required Specialized Experience Areas:** Administration and Management, Financial Analysis, Organizational Awareness, Performance Measurement. * **Note:** Education does not substitute for experience at these grade levels. Qualifying experience includes paid and unpaid work, such as volunteer service. Disclosure of current or recent political appointee status is required.
