## Financial Management Specialist (GS-12/13 Equivalent)

We are seeking experienced Financial Management Specialists to oversee and execute program budgets and resources. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of financial systems and budgeting practices.

### Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

**Experience:**

* **GS-13 Equivalent:** Minimum one year of specialized experience at a GS-12 federal level or equivalent in the private/public sector. * **GS-12 Equivalent:** Minimum one year of specialized experience at a GS-11 federal level or equivalent in the private/public sector.

**Core Knowledge & Skills:**

* **Financial Systems:** Demonstrate intensive to mastery-level knowledge of financial systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). * **Budgeting & Finance:** Apply intensive to mastery of budgeting and financing concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations. * **Program Resource Management:** Possess intensive to mastery-level financial knowledge in the planning, formulation, and execution of program resource and budget requirements. * **Specific for GS-13:** Mastery of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and Program and Budget Information System (PBIS) is essential.
