• *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:**
• **GS-9 Level:** Requires one year of specialized experience demonstrating:

* In-depth knowledge of accounting, budget, or financial management regulations, practices, and policies. * Ability to analyze and summarize financial or budgetary information for organizational programs.

• **GS-11 Level:** Requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level, demonstrating:

* Judgment to modify or adapt accounting techniques, methods, or plans to specific situations. * Skill in conducting research, identifying, and analyzing trends in resource use to recommend adjustments.

• **GS-12 Level:** Requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, demonstrating:

* Ability to analyze and evaluate the effects of ongoing changes in financial program plans. * Expertise in preparing strategy for presenting, explaining, documenting, and justifying budget requests to senior management.
