Summary
Seeking a financial professional to ensure compliance, reconcile data, and drive change management for financial improvement.
We are seeking a Financial Specialist with at least one year of specialized experience (NH-03 grade level equivalent or higher, federal or private sector). This role focuses on ensuring financial compliance and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate financial reports and transactions for compliance.
- Prepare, review, and approve financial statement data reconciliation reports and policies.
- Develop strategy and direction for Change Management and Knowledge Management initiatives.
- Communicate with government officials regarding Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) requirements.
