Summary
Manage, execute, and analyze program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and integrating with acquisition requirements.
This role requires an experienced financial professional to manage, execute, and report on program budgets. You will integrate financial practices with acquisition requirements, ensuring accountability and delivering strategic financial analysis.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Formulate and manage program budgets and financial support plans.
- Execute program funds, aligning financial methods with acquisition needs.
- Analyze complex financial and budgetary data to develop recommendations.
- Monitor financial execution status and produce comprehensive budget reports.
- Reconcile financial records, commitments, obligations, and expenditures for accountability.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience at the Federal NH-03 grade level or equivalent.
- Experience must include: budget formulation, funds execution, financial analysis, performance monitoring, and reconciliation of financial records.
- Ability to perform effectively under time pressures and dynamic conditions.
