Summary
Manage complex budgeting and financial operations, applying expert knowledge and communication skills, requiring 1+ year specialized experience.
We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage complex budgeting and finance activities. This role requires a minimum of one year of specialized experience at the GS-11/NH-02 grade level or equivalent in the public or private sector. Relevant experience includes paid and unpaid work.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated mastery of budgeting and financing concepts, principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop, recommend, and implement effective budgetary and financial policies.
- Expertise in interpreting, assessing, and projecting the financial impact of new or revised legislation.
- Proficiency in analyzing and reviewing financial execution data, including resolving variances.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to provide clear information and guidance to employees, management, and customers at all levels.
