Summary
Seeking financial professionals to manage DoD budgeting, resource prioritization, and lead data analytics for federal agencies.
We are seeking experienced financial management and data analytics professionals to contribute to critical Department of Defense (DoD) resource processes. This role requires expertise in federal budgeting and strategic financial planning.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply expertise in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on inter-agency working groups (DoD, OMB, Executive Branch) focusing on DoD resource prioritization, budget justification, financial management, and reform initiatives.
- Conduct and/or lead complex data analysis and analytics projects related to DoD resources.
- *Qualifications (GS-14/GS-15 Levels):**
- **GS-14:** Requires one year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-13) demonstrating proficiency in PPBE, SME contributions to resource working groups, and conducting/leading data analysis.
- **GS-15:** Requires one year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-14) demonstrating advanced expertise in at least one PPBE phase, leadership/senior SME role in resource working groups, and leading data analytics projects.
