Summary
Seeking experienced Financial Management professionals (GS-13/14/15) to manage budgets, analyze data, and develop financial strategies for DoD.
We are seeking dedicated Financial Management professionals (GS-13/14/15) to join our team, supporting critical Department of Defense initiatives. This role requires comprehensive budget management, financial analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute and manage various phases of the budget process.
- Analyze financial management data and trends.
- Assist with, develop, or direct short and long-term budget forecasting.
- Develop, interpret, and apply financial policies and information.
- Formulate and assist with strategies for solving financial management problems.
- Direct or monitor analyses of financial management data.
- *Qualifications:**
- **General Experience:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the federal service. This includes paid, unpaid, volunteer, and military experience, which must be clearly detailed in your resume.
- **Specific Experience by Grade Level:**
- *Required Certifications:**
- Must obtain DoD Financial Management Certification Program (DFMCP) Level 2 (for GS-12/13) or Level 3 (for GS-14/15) within two years of entry on duty, and meet continuing education requirements.
- Alternatively, maintain an active and current status in one of the following professional certifications with required continuing education:
