Financial Management Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Management Analyst to manage fiscal operations, budget execution, and compliance. This role requires expertise in financial data analysis, reporting, and regulatory adherence.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., N-ERP) for financial data input, extraction, budget planning, formulation, and execution.
• Develop and manage spend plans and budgetary requirements.
• Execute funds in strict compliance with fiscal laws and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on fund sources and uses, interpreting complex financial laws.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports to monitor obligations and expenditures, ensuring proper funding use.
• Oversee fund execution through all encumbrance stages.
• Evaluate plan changes and recommend strategies to mitigate deviations.
• Foster positive team environments through effective oral and written communication, aiding conflict resolution.
• *Required Experience:**
• **GS-12:** Minimum one year of specialized financial management experience equivalent to the GS-11 level.
• **GS-13:** Minimum one year of specialized financial management experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, demonstrating advanced ERP knowledge and application of complex financial regulations.
• Relevant experience includes paid and unpaid work (e.g., volunteer programs).
