We are seeking a skilled Business-Financial Management professional to join our team. This role involves significant strategic planning and oversight responsibilities across various programs and operations. A certification in Business-Financial Management is required, which you will have 60 months to obtain after starting.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Formulate and develop strategic plans and policies that impact diverse programs, field activities, and commercial operations.
- Analyze existing and proposed plans and policies to assess their organizational-wide impact.
- Oversee program implementation, ensuring full alignment with leadership directives and the organizational mission.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience, equivalent to a senior-level role (e.g., Federal NH-III or comparable private sector experience).
- Demonstrated ability in strategic financial planning, policy analysis, and program oversight.
