## Marketing Manager - Remote

Marriott International is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of Marriott Select Brand hotels. This fully remote, full-time management position drives topline revenue by developing and executing integrated marketing programs and fostering key partnerships.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics for assigned hotel portfolios.
  • Manage website updates, content creation, copywriting, and ensure brand voice consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee paid media campaign strategy, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
  • Audit and enhance online marketing opportunities across Marriott.com, third-party sites, and local listings.
  • Collaborate with internal digital teams and external partners, including Marriott Digital Services (MDS).
  • Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of corporate, cluster, and regional marketing initiatives at the property level.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track budgets, and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Area Directors of Operations and other vital internal/external partners.
  • (When applicable) Manage Marketing Coordinators, delegating tasks and ensuring execution of identified tactics.
### Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or digital, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in a related professional area.
  • Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans and programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, search engines, and web optimization tactics.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and online database applications.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality business (leisure, group, transient, F&B) and revenue management principles.
### Compensation & Benefits:
  • **Salary Range:** $68,000 - $91,000 annually, plus an annual bonus.
