About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for a portfolio of hotels, aiming to drive top-line revenue. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of digital and traditional marketing tactics, integrated with each hotel's overall strategy.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hotel-specific marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage website updates, content creation, copywriting, and property merchandising.
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns and online marketing opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date content, photography, and promotions on hotel websites.
- Liaise with digital marketing teams for paid media strategy and execution.
- Influence hotel participation in corporate and regional marketing programs.
- Maximize established marketing channels and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including Marriott Digital Services (MDS).
- Act as a liaison for SEO strategy implementation across properties.
- Analyze campaign performance, track budgets, and present marketing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent application of brand voice and messaging.
- (Potentially) Manage Marketing Coordinators to delegate and execute tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital roles. Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred. or
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital roles. Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including search engines and web optimization.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze reports, track initiatives, and present findings effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality business segments (leisure, group, transient) and F&B marketing trends.
