Facility Operations Specialist (Electrical)

Join our team as a Facility Operations Specialist (Electrical) to manage and maintain critical electrical infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in industrial electrical operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Interpret and apply building plans, blueprints, and wiring diagrams for electrical systems.
• Plan, install, modify, and repair diverse electrical projects across facilities.
• Prepare reports for cost analysis, procurement, budget execution, and contracting related to electrical work.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience in facility electrical operations, equivalent to a GS-11 level.
• Proficient knowledge of commercial wiring practices (110V, 220V, 480V), high-voltage power, substations, and switchgear.
• Experience with emergency generators and associated paralleling gear, uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), low voltage signal systems, elevators, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and lighting.
• *Work Environment:**

Assignments regularly involve visits to storage, construction, or industrial areas, entailing moderate risks and discomforts. Protective clothing and adherence to safety precautions are required.
