Summary
Lead facilities operations, overseeing project management, budgeting, and contract development for diverse government buildings globally.
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations professional to manage complex building projects and ensure efficient facility management across diverse locations. This role requires strong project management, financial oversight, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage a large volume of building construction, maintenance, and repair projects for facilities across multiple geographic areas, both domestically and internationally.
- Lead the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of funds for the sustainment, restoration, and modernization of a vast inventory of administrative, educational, and medical facilities.
- Develop and manage government facility construction projects and ensure effective service contract development and maintenance.
- Communicate complex information, reports, and presentations to various professionals, stakeholders, and external organizations at all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: One year of specialized experience managing facility operations programs, including project prioritization, financial management (PPBE), stakeholder communication, and contract development.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Competencies: Demonstrated proficiency in Communications, Facilities Operations Management, Facilities Requirements Analysis and Planning, Financial Management, Organizational Awareness, and Project Planning, Design, and Construction.
