This role involves comprehensive program management, requiring strong analytical and financial skills within an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) framework.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide oversight for various programs and policies, developing and implementing strategies to ensure efficient management of asset data and operations (facilities, systems).
- Execute full lifecycle management functions including planning, directing, evaluating program activities, setting goals, and creating both short- and long-range plans.
- Apply strong analytical skills in calculations, finance, and administration essential for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programs.
- Develop and implement program management principles and practices across diverse projects such as asset inventory, design, maintenance, construction, repair, and finance.
- *Qualifications:**
- Must meet United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification requirements for the advertised position.
- Possess at least 52 weeks of specialized experience in the Federal service, equivalent to the next lower grade level (e.g., GS-11 for GS-12, GS-12 for GS-13).
- Specialized experience must include performing the responsibilities listed above, demonstrating expertise in program oversight, strategic planning, comprehensive management functions, financial analysis for EAM, and applying program management principles to various asset-related projects.
