Executive Director, Aukus Integration And Acquisition

We are seeking a highly experienced and committed leader for a Senior Executive Service (SES) position within the Federal government. This role requires a strong dedication to public service, government efficiency, and upholding the rule of law.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage significant program management and systems engineering initiatives, with a primary focus on ship/submarine design and construction.
• Oversee comprehensive Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.
• Manage foreign military sales and ensure strict compliance with international cooperative agreements and policies.
• Drive strategic resource management, optimize budget allocation, and implement efficiency improvements through process and technological advancements.
• Inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure the achievement of critical individual and organizational results, aligning outcomes with strategic goals.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Technical Expertise:**

* Demonstrated expertise in Program Management and Systems Engineering, specifically related to ship/submarine design and construction. * Proven ability to manage PPBE processes, including knowledge of foreign military sales and international agreements.

• **Executive Leadership (Executive Core Qualifications - ECQs):**

* Strong commitment to the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, and serving the American people. * Exceptional ability to strategically manage resources, drive efficiency, and reduce wasteful spending. * Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and demonstrating superior technical competence. * Skilled in leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve organizational vision, mission, and goals, fostering a high-performance culture. * Demonstrated success in achieving both individual and organizational results, aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.
