Summary
Seeking an Executive Assistant to manage calendars, prepare reports, and serve as a key liaison in a federal environment.
This role provides essential administrative and liaison support to executive management within the federal service.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a primary liaison between staff and executive management.
- Utilize automated systems to prepare critical reports and documents.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for executive staff.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
Qualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- **Experience:** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level in Federal service, demonstrating proficiency in all key responsibilities listed above.
- **Education:** A Ph.D., equivalent Doctoral Degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree (e.g., L.L.M.). Your degree must be in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a closely related field. Transcripts are required.
- **Combination:** A computed combination of education and experience that meets 100% of the requirements. Transcripts are required.
- *Important Notes:**
- Experience includes paid and qualifying unpaid volunteer work.

- Current Federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements by the closing date.
