Job Description
Seeking an experienced professional for high-level executive administrative support, managing schedules, and analyzing complex program issues.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to executive leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for executive leadership.
* Prepare, review, and draft high-level reports and executive correspondence.
* Analyze and evaluate administrative program issues and trends, proposing effective solutions.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum of one year of specialized experience directly related to the responsibilities listed above. This experience must include:
* Executive-level calendar and schedule management.
* Drafting executive reports and correspondence.
* Analyzing and resolving administrative program challenges.
* Demonstrated competencies in:
* Administration and Management
* Data Management
* Planning and Evaluation
* Please note: Education cannot be substituted for the required specialized experience for this position.
**Eligibility:**
* Applicants must meet specific federal employment eligibility requirements.
* Federal employees must meet Time-in-Grade requirements (e.g., 52 weeks at the GS-11 equivalent grade or next lower level).
